Initial Call

You're welcome to begin with a brief 15-minute call to talk through what you're looking for, ask questions, and cover scheduling and fees - or we can simply start with a first session. Both work well.

Consultation Session

In our first session, we'll start with what feels most pressing - what brings you in and what you're hoping for. I'll also ask about other areas of your life to get a sense of you more fully. We won't cover everything - but it's a beginning, and a chance for us to see if we're a good fit.

Ongoing Work

From there, we typically meet weekly, though some clients choose to come more frequently as the work deepens.

Throughout our time together, I'll check in about how therapy is feeling for you - what's useful, what's shifting, and whether we're working in a direction that feels meaningful to you.
